We recommend adding 150-220mL of hot water to our soup cubes or three-quarters of a small bowl (if you don’t have a measuring cup). Of course, if you like your soups blander, please slowly add more water.
It’s best with boiling hot water to dissolve the components of the soup cubes – wait for 3 mins and let the magic happen!
Our vegetarian range soups have no bi- products from animals, egg or dairy.
Freeze drying has taken out all the moisture from the product, vacuumed out to make this super light and convenient – why not pack some SUPs on a camping trip, a holiday, or just because…?
There are 6 sachets in a box.
We would encourage to only consume sachets that are opened when you are ready. Please discard any opened or unsealed sachets.
You can find this on the product page per soup or on the side of each packaging box.
No, you do not need to refrigerate any SUPs, and please store at room temperature, directly out of sunlight.
The expiration is printed on each box, please review this carefully.
Unfortunately, our SUPs contain sorbitol, therefore are not FODMAP friendly. We are always researching on key ingredients to close the gap and hopefully will provide more SUPs in the future dedicated to be more FODMAP friendly.
We glad you asked! We believe that SUP is a universal name for soup in different countries around the world. It also derives around our mantra of “soup up” which we believe that our soups are “made more elaborate or impressive”. SUP showcases the friendliness of the brand, “what’s up” together with a qui ck meal that could be enjoyed like supper. We have chosen the colour green as our base colour to associate with friendliness, sustainability, and environmental consciousness. This strong alignment promotes our brand to the quality of our product from our crops, ingredients, how we source, handle, manufacture and package to our consumers.

Each sachet contains one freeze-dried soup, when you add water will equate to roughly 1 small bowl of wholesome goodness soup. We made this super light, on the go, but pack filled with flavour.
We do recommend usually 1 sachet for one small bowl but if you are feeling ravenous, just add more– too easy!
No – amazingly! Our freeze-dried soup cubes maintains all the nutrients in the process. Either that be minerals, fibre and freshness.

Recycling
Please stay updated by joining our Instagram page to know which markets we will be making an appearance at! We would love to meet you in person, so you get to try our different flavours!
We take recycling very seriously, hence why we partner with the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO www.apco.org,au) and Australian Recycling Labelling (ARL) www.arl.org.au in efforts on reducing waste, leading to a circular economy for Australia and globally.
For our boxes, we have used cardboard that has water-soluble ink for easy recycling.
Our sachets are soft plastics, which will need to be checked with your local council on how to discard these on www.arl.org.au. We know there is still room for improvement, we want to maintain quality and freshness in our products but remain affordable for our consumers.
Sustainability
We’re always striving to do what is right for the environment. We aim to be conscientious and mindful of future impacts, partnering with reputable sustainable vendors, creating jobs for local communities in Vietnam, and working with charities to supply our SUPs to underprivileged villages. As we start making more of an impact and footprint, a strong focus will be dedicated to reviewing further local charities to partner on such initiatives as education, human trafficking, modern-day slavery, hunger, and empowerment to lower socio-economic communities. Please stay tuned on our journey!
